How to View Product Help

This section is designed to help you find answers to your questions and problems.  There are multiple ways to find help within our software.  We have listed those ways below.

HomeTrak Companion

  • Look for answers in our Help System
  • To open the 'Help System' click the Help button in the upper right-hand corner of the Main Module screen.

HomeTrak Version 7.1

  • Make certain you are running the most current version of the software.
  • To verify you are running the most current version go to the main HomeTrak screen and click on the 'Customer Support' icon in the lower right-hand corner.  Next, click the 'Software Updates' button and allow the update program to check to see if any new updates are available for downloading.  If none are available all the check boxes will remain blank and you can exit all screens and return back to the main HomeTrak screen.  If any boxes are checked, you should download the updates by clicking the 'Start Update Download' button when the updates are finished you can exit all screens and HomeTrak completely.
    Restart HomeTrak to have the new updates applied on your workstation.

  • Look for answers in our eManual or Training Movies found in the HomeTrak Learning Center.
  • To get to the HomeTrak Learning Center go to the main screen of HomeTrak and click on the 'User Help System' icon in the lower right-hand corner. To access our electronic manual click the 'On-Line Help' (v7.0) or 'eManual' (v7.1) button at the top of the screen . If you click on an item on the left of the screen it will be selected or expand for further selections options, information about the selected topic will appear on the right of the screen. To access our Training Movies on the main HomeTrak Learning center screen click the module buttons on the left-hand side then select the movie you wish to view.

If you have an emergency and need support please call our support number and select the pager option.

Hours Available:  9:00AM - 8:00PM (Eastern Time Zone)

When leaving a voice mail message for support please include the following information:

  • HomeTrak ID/Company Code
  • Company Name
  • Contact Name
  • Phone Number (including area code); where you may be reached and for how long (Please no 800 numbers as they don't work from Canada).
  • Brief description of your issue.
